No! You are welcome to join in on the dances as the steps are simple. From a child to a grandparent, the dances are made with everyone in mind. However, if you’d like to remain seated and observe, you will have just as lovely a time.
The show is 2 hours and 15 minutes including intermission
A premium section of the general admission seating on the floor is reserved for VIP ticket holders. You will also receive a drink ticket you can redeem for a drink at the bar and a commemorative merch item only available to VIP ticket holders.
At the end of Act I, you will receive a small dram of Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whiskey to raise a toast. Apple juice will also be served for younger audience members and those who would prefer a non-alcoholic option.
The three bars inside the performance area for drinks and other concession items will be open throughout the duration of the show if you need a little encouragement to dance.
All seating in each section is general admission. The VIP section is held at the end of the floor facing the band and reserved for VIP ticket holders. Main floor general admission tickets are any other non-VIP seats on the floor. Loge general admission is on our second floor.
No matter your seat, you are welcome to make your way to the stage to participate in the dances.
Doors open 30 minutes before the performance schedule. We recommend you arrive when the doors open to grab your preferred seat and enjoy our live band that will be playing during the pre-show.
As part of the Scottish tradition, complimentary bites of haggis will be served during intermission from Ackroyd’s Scottish Bakery. Haggis is a traditional savory blend of steel-cut oats, lamb rib meat, heart, liver, suet and seasoning. A vegetarian option is available with dairy, oats, soy, potato, and mushroom.
Ceilidh uses a fog machine, mild profanity and live music, including bag pipes, that can be loud.
Yes, $29 rush tickets will be available one hour prior to each performance, subject to availability. Two tickets per person can be purchasedfor that performance only and are only available in-person at the Box Office on Fayette St. Please note this is a general admission event. Non-assigned seating may be available on the main floor or second-level loge.
